Top with the remaining ¾ cup of gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Bake in the preheated degrees F oven for minutes, or until bubbly and slightly golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley.

I usually steam it for 5 to 6 minutes, or until slightly tender but still crisp in the center. Make sure the florets are about the same size so they cook evenly.
